The Costa del Sol branch of the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies, (NADFAS)
meets on the second Monday of the month at the Salon Varietes Theatre, c/ Emancipacion, Fuengirola, at 4.30.p.m.
There is a programme of eight lectures in English and other events such as Illustrated Talk Days, held on the second Tuesday of the month at 10.30.a.m. in Mijas Town Hall, trips, visits, quiz nights and social gatherings.
The annual membership is €40 and the visitor's fee at a lecture is €10. All nationalities are welcome.

This is the latest society to be formed in Southern Spain. It started in October 2012.
History Group (Nerja)
The Nerja History Group has been meeting since 2002 and is made up of local people with a common interest in the Local and Regional History of Spain.We meet on the first Friday of each month from October to March to hear a lecture from a guest speaker. The following Friday we visit a site of interest.
Meetings are held in the Casa Cultural, Calle Granada, Nerja; they start at 11.30 prompt and finish at 13.30, with no coffee break.
We don't have a Membership and interested residents and visitors are always welcome. The entrance donation is 6 €.
If you are interested in the history of Spain while meeting multi-national like-minded people, please come along and join us. All lectures are in English.
